In my role as a dedicated resource person for ACSI South Asia, I have witnessed the profound impact that transformative leadership can have on educational communities. My previous experience as the principal of a school for children rescued from human trafficking taught me the importance of compassionate leadership in effecting real change. Leading with empathy and a commitment to transforming young lives, I focused on creating an environment where every child felt valued and empowered.

Currently, as an instructional designer for The Global British School, I leverage this experience to craft curricula that blend British educational standards with faith-based values. This role allows me to contribute to a holistic educational experience that not only nurtures academic growth but also instils a sense of purpose and service, embodying the principles of transformative leadership in every aspect of learning.
